Taj That Vanished

Taj Mahal - AgraInspired by the magicians that made things disappear, P C Sorcar Jr came up with one of his most famous acts in which he made the beloved Taj Mahal (the seventh wonder of the world) disappear. This Indian magician successfully accomplished the feat as his audience stood tongue tied, unable to exclaim anything, just stating wide-eyed at the blank space, where they had seen the proud architectural marvel standing as majestically as ever, just minutes before. It was P C Sorcar's daughter Maneka, helping her father who had the honor of controlling the crowd from a maniacal attack and making Taj Mahal reappear after a bewildering suspense of lengthy two minutes.

However, P C Sorkar was quick to offer that this was not an act of black magic or a supernatural thing or even mass hypnotism and was just a perfect illusion performed about 400 meters from the Taj, as he and the audience was standing on the bank of the River Yamuna. Adding one more feather into his cap, P C Sorcar have performed some other amazing feats such as making a running train disappear.
